Amahl Bishara

Amahl Bishara is assistant professor of anthropology at Tufts University. She is the author of Back Stories: US News Production and Palestinian Politics, about the production of US news during the second intifada, and the director of Degrees of Incarceration about how, with creativity and love, the community of Aida refugee camp copes with the crisis of political imprisonment.
